Playground games, as the name implies, are usually played outdoors. Some require equipment, such as chalk to draw a playing area, or a ball, jump rope, etc. Other playground games don’t require anything except the players, such as Tag or Hide and Seek.
However, every playground game has a physical component, some type of exercise. This might be running, jumping, hitting a ball, or anything else that involves moving the body.
